Job Summary

Aerospace University is seeking a tech savvy individual contributor to play an integral role in creation and delivery of scalable training solutions that inspire our geographically dispersed workforce of scientists, engineers, and support staff.

With a background in training development, learning technology, or the science of space systems, the Training Specialist II / III will be responsible for collaborating with instructional designers and subject matters experts to develop and deploy learning programs covering topics.

The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working collaboratively with program leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), facilitators, and Instructional Designers to create face-to-face or virtual instructor-led sessions using adult learning principles to enhance the learning experience.
• Assisting in the design, development, delivery, and deployment of multimedia and web-based training utilizing a variety of methods and authoring tools.
• Preparing instructors and hosting engaging in-person and virtual learning.
• Coordinating internal L&D projects and participating in cross functional teams to enhance the delivery of HR services to the corporation.
