Position Summary : The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the restaurant. This leader plays a key role in maintaining high standards of hospitality, food quality, and team morale while fostering a positive and professional environment for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations, including guest service, staffing, and shift execution.
• Support and lead service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect The Big Ketch brand.
• Train, develop, and coach team members to uphold standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial goals.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and consistent food quality.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to recruiting, scheduling, and performance management efforts.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
