Job Title : Medical Assistant

Location : Madison, Florida

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Rate : $18 - $20 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Milton, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our medical staff and deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient examinations and procedures.
• Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and ensure they are comfortable.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by providers.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk operations.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient billing processes.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
