Republic Airways is proud to offer an internship program that prepares students for the workforce. While we provide resources to help interns sharpen skills and make meaningful contributions in their department, we also provide the following during the internships : mentorship program, ability to shadow various departments, professional development workshops and departmental information sessions, direct exposure to aviation industry, facilities tours, etc., additional opportunities to work with other interns directly on projects, housing stipend or mileage reimbursement provided, if applicable, and competitive hourly pay.

• Observe ASAP event review committee meetings, Data Analysis Group meetings and Fatigue Management Review Team meetings
• Analyze ASAP, ASIAS, FOQA and Fatigue Management data
• Identify trends in data and present findings to senior management
• Research data to assist in process improvement for Flight Operations, Dispatch, Inflight and maintenance employee groups
• Understand company emergency response procedures and assist in improvement of existing procedures
• Participate in operational risk assessments
