Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full time Endocrinology)

Office Location : HVMG Endocrinology, offices in Sewickley PA and Monaca PA

Work Hours : Monday thru Friday, primarily daylight, no weekends / holidays

Under the direction of a physician, provides clinical patient care such as taking medical histories, performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and x-rays, making preliminary diagnoses, treating minor injuries. Provides care in a specialty area.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Three years professional nursing experience in a clinical setting. Possession of a State Registered Nurse License. Possession of Nurse Practitioner State License.

Physician Assistant - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Certification from the National Commission on Certifications of Physician's Assistants.

Requires CPR certification and successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

Previous office or clinical experience, ACLS certification.
