About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on, execution-focused Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale our affiliate channel end-to-end. This is a contract role for a strategic operator who knows how to turn affiliate into a revenue engine not just manage a program. You'll manage Rewardful, activate affiliates, and run a multi-agency process to accelerate acquisition. You'll build the foundation, test what scales, and drive channel outcomes independently with support from Growth as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Ownership

• Manage Rewardful : onboarding, payouts, updates, audits, optimization
• Activate current HeyGen users into affiliates through scalable campaigns
• Launch targeted plays to recruit high-quality new affiliates
• Refine positioning, comms, and incentives for different affiliate segments
