Salary: $225k - $250k
Schedule: 8am - 5pm for daytime sessions and 5-8 for evening sessions. The requirement will be for one evening per week.

Family Medicine Physician to join its growing

About the Role As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities - Deliver evidence-based outpatient care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families within a community-focused setting.
- Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedural work as aligned with interests and program needs (optional).
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, safety, and population health initiatives.
- Engage in medical education by precepting or mentoring students and residents (if desired).
Qualifications - MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated commitment to equitable, patient-centered care in a diverse community setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated settings.
- Interest in quality improvement, population health, or medical education.
