Job Overview

Malco Construction Inc is seeking a results-driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and ensure successful delivery of commercial construction projects. This full-time leadership role is ideal for an experienced field manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values safety and precision, and can coordinate subcontractors and schedules with confidence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and deliveries
• Manage project schedules, daily operations, and site logistics
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily safety walks
• Inspect work for compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for OAC meetings
• Serve as the on-site liaison for clients, architects, and engineers
• Resolve conflicts and implement field solutions to maintain project momentum

Qualifications

510 years of experience as a superintendent or site manager on commercial projects

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP)

Experience managing multi-trade jobsite operations

Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety enforcement

Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Knowify, or similar software

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Physical ability to work on active construction sites, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain

Schedule

Full-time, MondayFriday

810 hour shifts depending on project needs

On-site presence required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $90,000$105,000 / year

Truck Allowance : $750 / month

Company Vehicle : Provided after 6 months
