Program Supervisor

Work Status : Full-Time

Reports To : Assistant Program Director / Executive Director

Exempt Status : Non-Exempt

Pay : $25.00 $30.00 / hour

At Jade Enhanced Support Services (JESS) , were looking for a compassionate and motivated Program Supervisor to help lead our Supported Living Services (SLS) team.

In this role, youll support day-to-day program operations, supervise staff, coordinate individualized services, and ensure that each client receives high-quality, person-centered support in their home and community.

What Youll Do

Supervise, coach, and support SLS staff

Oversee implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)

Coordinate client services, case reviews, and crisis support

Lead team meetings and maintain strong communication with families, providers, and Regional Center partners

Ensure documentation and program standards are met

Participate in the on-call rotation

What Youll Need

Associates degree preferred (Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, etc.)

12 years of supervisory experience in human services or SLS / ILS programs

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
