Job Summary

As a school-based Behavior Analyst Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting educators, students, and administrators. Your key tasks will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing customized behavioral intervention plans, and equipping teachers and behavior technicians with effective strategies to address various behavioral challenges.

You will also have the chance to lead training sessions and workshops for staff, sharing effective behavior management techniques that foster a positive learning atmosphere for all students. In addition, you will provide direct support to students from grades K-12, managing a range of behavioral concerns, from mild to severe, all guided by individual education plans (IEP) or 504 plans.
