Radiology Cardiology Radiation Therapist

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other diseases
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and safe delivery of treatments using linear accelerators (Varian True Beam required)
• Operate CT SIM Biograph mCt equipment for simulation and planning
• Educate patients about their treatment plans and possible side effects
• Monitor and assess patients for reactions and side effects during and after treatment
• Collaborate with physicians physicists and other healthcare staff as needed
• Maintain and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Requires ARRT Registry Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure and BLS certification
• 5 years of experience preferred; will consider candidates with less experience
• Note : No holiday requests for time off (RTO) allowed; November start
