Job Description

Manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scopes and objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or delays promptly. Conduct regular site visits to oversee project milestones and quality control. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial TI should have :

• A strong background in construction, specifically tenant improvement projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• A solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
