Report Quality Assurance Manager
Copay is currently looking to hire a Report Quality Assurance Manager within our Insurance division. This position falls under ALE Solutions in St. Charles, IL.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring data accuracy, policy compliance, and operational integrity for our insurance reporting. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and collaborate frequently with Sales, Operations, Account Management, Product, and Technology teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Reviewing report datasets, files, and applicable database fields to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and areas of non-compliance.
- Assisting reporting team in creating, updating, and maintaining standardized reporting templates for both internal and external use.
- Validating pricing, configuration details, and fee structures against contracts and internal databases
- Performing regular audits on automated reports to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
- Reconciling discrepancies across systems (CRM, billing platforms, internal tools, etc) and escalating appropriately
- Documenting quality findings, recurring issues, and trends in a structured, actionable format
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
- Updating and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and QA playbooks
- Participating in UAT when new processes, tools, or product updates are introduced
Qualifications & Skills
Required :
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, data integrity, or related workStrong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasetsDemonstrated ability to spot anomalies, edge cases, pattern deviations, and data inconsistenciesClear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and partner communicationHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentACT! The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $66,000-$80,000.
