Insurance Education Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Education & Eligibility Specialist who will develop advanced insurance education content for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-level educational materials and workflow guidance for operational improvement

Analyze complex data to identify systemic issues and create actionable training resources

Support teams across the organization in enhancing insurance-related accuracy and reducing errors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

Minimum of four (4) years of professional healthcare experience required

Strong background in healthcare revenue cycle and insurance verification preferred

Experience in a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
