Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite opportunity in Chicago, IL focuses on providing specialized behavioral services within K-12 school settings. The role requires a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students through evidence-based interventions and collaboration with educators and families during the current school year contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement behavior analytic strategies to support student success and positive outcomes
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed based on data
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Provide training and consultation related to behavioral supports and best practices
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all clinical activities
