Trauma Level : Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)

NICU Level : Level 2 NICU

Case Types : Bread and butter cases including :

Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery

Plastics, Ophthalmology

Vascular (open and in cath lab)

Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases

Healthy pediatric patients only

SUPERVISION MODEL

Directed supervision with a 3 : 1 model
