Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as Lead Resident Manager. This second shift leadership role ensures the integrity, philosophy, and standards of our effective rehabilitation program. You'll provide vital supervision and coordination of residential staff and beneficiaries while maintaining a supportive and structured environment for recovery.
Pay Rate : $16 - 18.00 / hr.
Status : Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Supervision
- Train, schedule, and supervise Resident Managers
- Enforce house rules and maintain center security
- Lead weekly house meetings
- Conduct new resident orientations and facility tours
- Oversee medication management procedures
- Coordinate leisure activities and programs
Resident Support & Safety
Respond to resident inquiries and concernsManage emergency situations according to proceduresConduct regular bed checks and safety monitoringSupervise work therapy assignmentsAssess and refer spiritual needs to appropriate staffProvide safe transportation when neededAdministrative Duties
Maintain accurate electronic records and daily reportsDocument incidents and policy violationsAdminister and document drug / alcohol testingParticipate in professional development trainingMonitor center operations and staffing coverageCoordinate with program leadershipQualifications
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or EquivalentOne year minimum residential or managerial experienceValid Driver's License with ability to qualify for TSA insuranceExperience in recovery services preferredSkills & Abilities
