Green Bean Battery, Now a part of LKQ Corporation, is seeking a highly energetic customer-centric individual to join our growing team! If you are looking for a new and challenging opportunity as a customer service warranty representative then check out the details below!
Main job responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Facilitate warranty claims by scheduling, evaluating, and ensuring proper resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Some Saturdays required
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles are strongly preferred but not required.
- Proven customer support experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities or people
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong Basic PC skills
