Summary / Objective
Supporting both the NDP and 7 Pillars teams, the Financial Analyst plays a critical role in the analysis, and diligence phases of transactions involving dental practice and health care business sales to either a private buyer or DSO / PE group. This position serves as a quality control expert responsible for providing accurate financial analysis, valuations, projections and if needed, scenarios showing hypothetical post transition results. The Financial Analyst works closely with the dedicated client lead to conduct in-depth financial analyses and evaluations of client businesses, ensuring that the client and / or buyer understands the full financial picture of the transaction. The analyst will also collaborate with third-party financial firms during the diligence process to verify the accuracy of necessary financial documents and assist in preparing detailed reports that support the transaction process.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m but given client service, some extended hours are required at times. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement post training time period; 2-3 days in-office presence is required. Additionally, an in-office presence is expected for training, team meetings, or as other business needs dictate.

Compensation
Minimum : $70,000.00 - Maximum : $90,000.00 USD
