Job Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day guidance to employees and management through coaching, counseling, career development, and performance improvement support. This role partners with business leaders to deliver aligned solutions to enhance employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention. The HRBP serves as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure effective communication and a collaborative partnership.

Essential Duties

Functional Operations :

• Provide day-to-day guidance to management and employees, including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
• Initiate, support, and ensure the accuracy of data inputs and changes in the HRIS system of use.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other HR functions to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely operations.
• Provide guidance on performance management and policy interpretation.
• Partner with the HR team to provide back-up support and complete special projects as needed.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements :

To ensure health and safety in the workplace and for employee protection, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. A respirator fit test will be required based on functional area.
