Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support the F / A 18 Delivery Center in Berkeley, MO. This position will work in our fast-paced and dynamic production environment to align the Delivery Center Team with program leadership, customer counterparts and cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations.

Position Responsibilities :

• Coordinating flight schedules and aircraft maintenance priorities
• Providing expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues
• Utilizing tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues
• Conducting assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzing and interpreting data and providing root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
• Coordinating and facilitating multi-function group meetings required to resolve issues
• Working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Working at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Summary pay range : $104,550 $141,450

Export Control Requirements : This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Security Clearance : This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
