Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Connected Factory

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, engineering, modeling & simulation, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by our team. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

ABOUT THE THE JOB : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building, deploying, scaling, and maintaining the critical infrastructure that our systems run on. You will work across a broad set of stakeholder teams to ensure everyone is moving as quickly and securely as possible on their respective technology roadmaps.

WHAT YOU"LL DO :

• Provision, manage, and scale complex infrastructure for all of Business Systems connected factories.
• Continuously improve and refine CI / CD pipelines to enhance efficiency, reliability, and speed of software delivery.
• Champion a culture of observability and reliability within the organization, promoting best practices and tools to enhance system visibility and resilience.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to understand their requirements and translate them into functional cloud solutions with industry best practices.
• Have a deep understanding of the company's business goals and objectives and be able to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with them.
• Harden systems and assess workload demands and plan resource capacity to ensure that infrastructure resources can scale to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

US Salary Range

$154,000 - $231,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
