We combine cutting-edge technology, a strong team culture, and now, two new ways to earn bonuses that directly reward your leadership and shop performance.
Base Hourly Pay :
- A Level : 7-10+ years of experience
$28-$38 / hr
We now offer TWO performance-based bonus incentives in addition to a competitive base salary :
Shop Sales Bonus – Earn more as your team drives total shop revenue
Utilization Bonus – Get rewarded when your team maximizes billable hours and efficiency
