We are looking for a dedicated Business Process Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of a nonprofit organization focused on community development. In this role, you will design, analyze, and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine workflows related to property acquisition, maintenance, and disposition to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies while implementing standardized procedures across departments.
- Manage technology systems for tracking and reporting property data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with consultants to automate processes and integrate data effectively.
- Facilitate communication between teams to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and streamline property pipeline management.
- Support leadership by providing process insights that inform strategic planning.
- Train staff on updated systems and workflows, fostering adherence to compliance requirements.
- Create user-friendly manuals and guides to promote consistent execution of processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for organizational growth.
- Monitor and evaluate workflow automation tools to enhance operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of detail-oriented experience in process management, operations, or organizational development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in data compilation, tracking, cleaning, and reporting.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and property management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on diplomacy and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel related to work responsibilities.
