In this role, you'll be a key partner in helping us meet ambitious growth goals by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASC, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a range of functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, build strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.

How You Will Help :

• Champion ASC's candidate-focused recruiting philosophy by providing prompt feedback and excellent communication to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organizationfrom job posting and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Actively source candidates for critical and high-priority roles using a mix of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure accurate and compliant use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resume review, tracking, reporting, and auditing of candidate records.
• Work closely with TA team members to enhance employer branding, promote career opportunities, and improve recruiting processes.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD annually
