Supportworks is looking for a  Sales Trainer  to join our growing team of trainers and consultants.

At Supportworks we sell foundation and concrete repair products to a large network of independent construction contractors around the country.

But our secret sauce?

    • As a Sales Trainer, You’ll Impact Our Contractors & Company in the Following Ways :

  • TRAINING :  You’ll train sales managers and sales reps from around the country via in-person learning (travel up to 18 quick trips per year), trainings at our headquarters, livestreams, webinars, and phone calls.
  • We teach a consultative, educational approach to sales and let the customer decide.
  • This isn’t your typical smarmy type of sales.

  • Yes, we have a tried-and-true sales model but there are still so many things about it we can redefine and new things we can create to help our contractors.

  • When you train sales managers and sales representtives well, they make more sales.

  • KNOWLEDGE :  Proven experience in sales and training sales teams.

    • SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES :

  • A passion for seeing people develop in their knowledge and skills.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.

    • Ability to drive a passion in others to be the best they can be at their craft.    LOCATION :
