• Patient Population Adult and Geriatric
• Must Have Skills / Experience : 3+ years of experience in the acute behavioral health setting. Expertise in crisis stabilization including verbal de-escalation and emergency physical intervention skills. Cerner experience
• Preferred Skillset / Experience : Milieu management utilizing the therapeutic milieu model.
• Common Diagnosis / Treatment : MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, SUD, Dementia
• Personality Fit : High energy, team player, with a positive attitude.
• Required Education : Associate degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
