Junior People Lead

A company is looking for a Junior People Lead for a fixed-term 12-month contract in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong, trusting relationships with engineers across multiple time zones and cultures

Lead effective one-on-one and team meetings, ensuring clear expectations and follow-up actions

Drive the performance management cycle, providing constructive feedback and supporting individual growth

Required Qualifications

Experience in performance management, coaching, and delivering actionable feedback

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work-streams in a remote environment

Comfortable working with a globally dispersed team across diverse cultures and time zones

Natural relationship-builder with a people-centric approach

Experience in a tech or open source environment is a plus (but not required)
