LRN is seeking a high-performing Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Data. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role critical in supporting LRN's growth. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, this position will be responsible for establishing and building LRN's Business Intelligence and Data function to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role encompasses (1) pulling data from multiple platforms to create a comprehensive view of business performance, (2) leveraging data and AI-driven tools to conduct predictive analytics that inform strategic decisions and ongoing operations, inclusive of sales forecasting and customer retention, and (3) presenting actionable insights to diverse audiences, including the board of directors.
