As a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner at JPCHC, you will provide direct pediatric care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement and community outreach initiatives. This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about children's health, community service, and team-based, family-centered care.

Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :

• Proficiency in EMR / EHR systems (Epic preferred)
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and integrated care models
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
• Familiarity with pain management, substance use treatment, and trauma-informed care
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in utilization review, discharge planning, and case management
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
