Position Overview

As Director of Quality Assurance and Systems, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a forward-thinking quality framework. Your leadership will propel our Glendale brewery's quality operations, focusing on PQCC initiatives and adhering to stringent health and safety procedures.

  • Craft a strategic vision for quality operations tied to our broader corporate missions.
  • Communicate and oversee ambitious performance targets for quality teams.
  • Enhance process improvements and implement advanced safety measures.
  • Advocate for continuous compliance with industry standards such as HACCP and GMP.
  • Lead with empathy, nurturing growth and career advancement for your team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, alongside a decade of experience in quality?
  • Familiarity with HACCP, PCQI certifications, and TTB regulations is ideal.
