ALIP Developer

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong senior developer with 10+ years of relevant experience in ALIP product features development. ALIP is a policy administration system used by life and annuity insurance companies.

Technical Skills :

• Having strong relevant 10+ years of experience in Insurance projects and 5+ years of experience in ALIP.
• Focuses on the Client Life Insurance and Annuity Platform (ALIP). ALIP developers work on various aspects of the platform, including :

Development and Deployment :

o Contribute to the development, enhancement, and deployment of ALIP solutions.

o Product Configuration :

o Configure ALIP products based on client requirements, potentially using configurable product templates.

o Software Engineering :

o Apply software engineering principles, best practices, and methodologies like Agile, JIRA, and RTM.

Data Handling :

o Work with data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

o Testing and Analysis :

o Conduct detailed analysis and testing to ensure the quality and integrity of the application.
