• What does a successful Inside Sales Associate do?
• This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
• You must be motivated by making hundreds of calls per day to qualify prospects and set appointments for real estate agents on our team.
• Responsibilities Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Setting qualified appointments for the sales agents Assisting in sales agent database follow up Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
