Automotive Tag / Title Clerk

We arelooking for bright motivated and energetic professionalto add to our world-class team. Our employees work together towards a common goal to offer the best service in the luxury automotive industry. If you feel that your skills would be valuable to our organization we want to get to know you!

Responsibilities

  • Process title work for FL and Out-Of-State deals
  • Finalize title work through DLRdmv
  • Assist with DMV license plate audits
  • Renew dealer plates annually
  • Posting journal entries
  • G / L Account & Schedule reconciliations
  • Prepare and send titles for wholesaled vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior auto dealership tag / title experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) Accounting software experience
  • Excellent listening / communication skills outgoing and positive personality
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid drivers license
