A company is looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing the Jira ticket queue and other intake channels
Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices and support collaboration tools
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or systems administration role
Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, Macs, and common SaaS applications
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and familiarity with networking and firewall technologies
