Nursing Director

Join Our Team as a Nursing Director! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Director to lead our clinical services and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be vital in overseeing our skilled care operations, maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, quality, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management : Supervise clinical operations with appropriate staff oversight during service hours. Collaborate with executive management on staffing assessments and process improvements. Lead clinical and field staff to adhere to agency policies and standards of care.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance : Represent the agency during regulatory audits and ensure compliance with all licensure and accreditation requirements. Maintain effective client care documentation and oversee the QAPI program for continuous improvement.
• Clinical Operations : Ensure timely admissions of referrals, develop agency standards of care, and implement physician orders. Review lab results and manage accurate OASIS documentation.
• Staff Development : Provide comprehensive staff development, including orientation and continuing education. Evaluate clinical personnel performance through timely assessments.
• Community Relations : Foster relationships with referral sources and participate in community events to promote agency services.
• Additional Duties : Participate in on-call rotations, review payer claims related to clinical standards, and perform other assigned duties as needed.
