Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume inbound / outbound communications and provide personalized customer service
Assist clients in the pre-qualification process for home purchases and coordinate with team members for resources
Maintain accurate information in the CRM system and support strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, or hospitality preferred
Demonstrated ability to guide clients through complex processes required
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
