Primary Responsibilities
- Owner of Capital, Software, Support, and Consumables Revenue Growth Achievement
- Own, execute and track US Region annual strategic review (ASR) needle movers and commercial excellence growth initiatives.
- Define and deliver GTM strategy, brand positioning, segmentation, and insights.
- Execute omnichannel brand campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and opportunity pipeline.
- Drive competitive differentiation and strategies across BD Alaris™, BD Medication Administration, MMS Medication Use Process, BD Connected Care, and One BD initiatives.
Role Executables
Develop an annual strategic marketing plan aligned to BDWOM SWOT and GOST.
Execute market research initiatives and develop actionable recommendations.Develop deep market understanding, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.Lead market segmentation and define TAM, SAM, SOM with data-driven reporting.Collaborate with marketing communications to deliver strong brand strategy.Deliver marketing campaign excellence across product launches and omnichannel strategies.Lead downstream marketing efforts in the US region, ensuring alignment with BD MMS Sales Process.
Monitor and report business performance and revenue targets.Collaborate on pricing strategy, marketing programs, and contractual terms.Develop product positioning, messaging, and customer success materials.Support evidence generation and sales training initiatives.Oversight of post-market surveillance and proactive service strategy.Oversight and management of external business & third‑party partner relationships.Partner with upstream strategic marketing to commercialize future BD Alaris™ Infusion System releases.Support commercial teams through tradeshows, safety center demos, and customer presentations.Leadership

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or nursing preferred. MBA desired.Minimum 7+ years of marketing or sales experience in acute care health systems, capital, software, and medical device services.Experience with medication administration / infusion pump technologies highly preferred.Strong financial P&L and business acumen required.Proven track record in planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs, including product launches and omnichannel campaigns.Workplace Policy

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range : $150,900.00 – $249,000.00 USD annual.
