Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC)

Overview

Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company is assisting our client, Indiana Regional Medical Center, located in Indiana, PA, in recruiting a

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting.  Experience with children / adolescents is highly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental health concerns
• Create treatment plans
• Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct crisis interventions
• Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record
• Refer patients to other mental health providers
