The Role : Jump start your Global Supply Chain Career at Entegris. Our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is uniquely designed to provide new to market and entry-level professionals meaningful exposure to the core supply chain disciplines that drive our business. The ELDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the company's custom learning curriculum.

ELDP seeks to advance the development of talented supply chain professionals through the completion of three 12-month assignments in the areas of Supply Planning, Procurement and Logistics or Materials Quality. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to high-level company mentors, active learning events with senior leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key corporate and divisional objectives. Culminating in a permanent job placement within the ranks of Entegris, this program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high-potential future leaders of Entegris.

Rapidly build upon your technical capabilities :

• 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics. Please note rotations are subject to change based on fluctuating business needs and the dynamic nature of the field.
• On the job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables.
• Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines that fuel Entegris.
