Key Duties

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients goals
• Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions
• Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement.
