In this position, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and conduct special tests while ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and understand patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care to ensure exceptional healthcare delivery.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans for every patient.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
