Our Story

We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

We have a rich history at Tenet. There are so many stories of compassionate care; so many "firsts" in terms of medical innovation; so many examples of enhancing healthcare delivery and shaping a business that is truly centered around patients and community need. Radiology Tech Full Time Days Position Summary

Performs radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy. Provides a variety of technical exams that require independent judgement to apply ionized radiation for radiologic diagnoses. Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated. Must be able to do surgery cases and pain management.

SPECIAL SKILLS : Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.

SUPERVISES : Functional supervision will be exercised over students.

THE RADIOLOGY TECH FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

MINIMUM EDUCATION : Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : Minimum six-(6) months clinical experience.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE : Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR.
