We are looking for a Lead UI / UX Designer, Web who combines visual design excellence with a deep understanding of user experience. The ideal candidate is obsessed with understanding how users interact with our website and uses that insight to continuously improve user flow and drive conversions—particularly demo bookings, our primary success metric. You'll own the UX of our web presence, ensuring every page is accessible, mobile-optimized, and strategically designed to guide visitors toward action.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the UX and visual design of our website, with a focus on optimizing user journeys that drive demo bookings and other key conversions.
• Design mobile-first experiences that translate seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
• Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our website is usable by everyone, regardless of ability.
• Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute A / B tests and usability studies to validate design decisions and iterate based on real user data.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate user flows and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align design decisions with business goals and technical requirements.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and Figma component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Mentor a junior designer, providing guidance on both craft and UX thinking.
• Stay current with UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and emerging web design trends.
