[job_card.job_description]Full-time, salaried role with a routine schedule of 40 hours per week (40 hours direct care + 4 hours administrative). Direct care hours beyond 44 per week are paid as a bonus . Cell phone reimbursement included. Lead with humility and professionalism. See Something. Hear Something. DO Something! Communicate. Communicate. Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Serve as the primary member of the habilitation team. Complete documentation accurately and on time. Monitor and support emotional and behavioral regulation. Maintain inspection-ready homes and ensure adequate supplies. Participate in crisis management and on-call duties. Bachelor's degree in business or human services (or equivalent management experience). 1 year of management experience . 1 year working with individuals with IDD . Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance. Ability to pass background checks and maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration). Health, dental, and vision coverage (BSL pays 60% of health premiums; 100% for dental and vision). Paid membership for primary healthcare clinic. Short- and long-term disability. $25,000 life insurance policy. 401k with up to 5% company match. 8 paid holidays, paid parental leave, tuition discounts, and more.

Boone Supported Living is seeking Professional Managers to oversee ISL homes in Columbia. This is a working supervisor position , meaning you will actively work alongside your team while leading with excellence.
We are looking for someone who not only meets the standard qualifications but also brings specialized experience in medical care and mental health support . The individual in this home is highly independent and works as a social worker, so the right candidate must uphold a high standard of care and demonstrate skill in helping individuals maintain emotional regulation .
What We're Looking For
- Management experience and experience with the MR / DD population.
- Strong background in medical care and mental health support .
- Ability to train, coach, and evaluate employees effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills .
- A caring, reliable professional who can think on their feet and manage crises calmly.
