Key Responsibilities
Schedule patients for medical appointments and handle inbound / outbound calls
Maintain compliance with patient records and verify patient data and insurance information
Meet performance metrics and provide a quality consumer experience
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
Call center experience preferred
Proficient with computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
