The client Company's Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a Mid-Level Employee Development Specialist to join their group in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in electrical assembly who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) curriculum which provides wire harnesses, family group assemblies, power panels, and electrical shelf assemblies to client 737, 747, 767 and 777 commercial jetliners as well as our military derivatives P8 and 767 Tanker.

Position Responsibilities :

• Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
• Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
• Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods
• Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations
• Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
• Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees
• Be able to support off-shift as necessary
