Baystate’s LDRP Unit supports approximately 4,300 deliveries per year and provides comprehensive care for laboring patients, high-risk obstetrics, and post-partum recovery. The unit includes a 3-room OR dedicated to cesarean sections. As a teaching hospital , Baystate maintains both residents and attending physicians in-house at all times.
