RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Properly set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow directives given by the Executive Chef and / or Sous Chef
• Maintain a clean work station at all times
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food is properly plated and maintained at Reserve Cut standards
• Ensure quality of food is consistent for every dish

REQUIREMENTS :

1+ years of Steakhouse experience required

COMPENSATION :   $19.00 - $21.00 / hour depending on experience
