What We're Looking For :
- Dedicated and compassionate caregiver with strong observational skills
- One year of LPN experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current Louisiana LPN licensure required
- Proficient in clinical duties including medication administration and documentation
- Ability to recognize and respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Must maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with safety practices, including PPE use, hand hygiene, and emergency procedures

What You Will Do :
Provide compassionate and professional nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Perform a wide range of direct and indirect resident care duties in accordance with the facility's standards.
